درباره این نمایشگاه

نخستین برخورد من با اولریکا اِسپَره (Ulrika Sparre) هنرمند سوئدی در پروژه هنری «داستان‌های باران» در آفریقای جنوبی بود و گفتگوهایی که در آن زمان داشتیم، جرقه‌های نخستین نمایشگاه «صدای سنگ» در ایران است. جذابیت نگرش و آثار اسپره برای من، نگاه به روز و معاصر او نسبت به جامعه و پیرامون‌اش و همینطور برخورد تجربیه‌گرایانه و علمی او است. ادارک متفاوت از طبیعت، جستجوی حقیقت و تجربیات روحانیِ غیرمذهبی در کارهای اِسپَره محوریت اصلی را دارند و بیشتر آثار این هنرمند در قالب چیدمان‌های چندرسانه‌ای، مجسمه، عکس، فیلم، پرفورمنس و هنر صدا است. او می‌گوید که دغدغه‌اش بررسی ارتباط توسعه کشورها با موضوعاتی همچون فردگرایی و مصرف‌گرایی در جامعه معاصر است و دوست دارد بداند که باورهای غیرمذهبی و علمی در جامعه سکولار غربی معاصر چگونه بیان و ابراز می‌شوند. او الگوها و رفتارهای اجتماعی انسان معاصر را بررسی کرده و در کارهایش به نمایش می‌گذارد. شاید به همین سبب باشد که او به سراغ استفاده از زبان و نوشته در آثارش رفته است. او همچنین در پروژه‌های مختلفی به کار درباره انرژی‌های طبیعت پرداخته است.

این هنرمند پروژه «گوش دادن به زمین» را ازسال 2016  شروع کرده است و پژوهش‌های مختلفی را در این زمینه درسوئد ،آفریقای جنوبی،آمریکا و آلمان انجام داده است که در این نمایشگاه ویدئو و تصاویری از پروژه سوئد و آمریکا در معرض دید مخاطبین قرار گرفته است. دراین پروژه موادی همچون سنگ وخاک استفاده شده وشامل مجموعه‌ ای از پرفورمنس‌ها،صداها،‌عکس‌ها،‌هنرطبیعت،‌نقاشی و ویدیو است.

سنگ‌های مکان‌های گوناگون در سرتاسر دنیا انرژی تولید می‌کنند و در نظر بشر حاوی قدرتهای ذاتی است. باچینش و جای‌گذاری سنگ‌ها به شکل های گوناگون،‌ رابطه‌ای که این سنگ‌ها با یکدیگر به وجود می‌آورند، تشکیل انرژی غیر مادی می‌دهد که هنرمند این انرژی‌ها را از طریق صدا ظبط و بازپخش می‌کند.

او معتقد است که برای مقابله با تهدید تغییرات اقلیمی، باید صدای بازیگران غیرانسانی – باغ ها،شهرها،سنگها،یخچالهای طبیعی را بشنویم.
